Deposit it in the tender box at Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality Offices, No.1 Groblersdal Road, Jane Furse, 1058, before 30/05/2021 at 12:00. Late, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Bids must include: fully completed and signed Form of Offer and Acceptance (C1.1), Bills of Quantity, and all returnable documents (PART T2). All pages must be initialed and signed by an authorized company director or representative. Joint ventures must submit separate CSD reports for each company. No two-envelope system is used. Bids must be submitted as a whole (not in parts). Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery. Bidders may not contact the municipality from submission to contract award. Any attempt to influence evaluation or award decisions may result in disqualification.
Evaluation Criteria

Bids are first evaluated for functionality. Only bids meeting the minimum functionality score proceed to the 80/20 point system: 80 points for price (lowest price scores highest) and 20 points for B-BBEE compliance. The municipality is not obligated to accept the lowest bid. Arithmetical errors in pricing will be corrected by the municipality (rates govern over totals). Bids with material deviations, omissions, or errors will be rejected. The bidder must accept corrections to arithmetical errors or risk rejection.
