Bids must be deposited in the designated bid box by 10:00 on 21 May 2021. Late bids will not be accepted. Use a black pen for all forms. Do not use correction fluid (Tipp-Ex) on any part of the bid; errors must be crossed out in ink and initialled. Failure to follow these instructions will result in disqualification.
Evaluation Criteria

Functionality is scored based on previous project experience (up to 85 points) and local economic development (up to 15 points). Material samples will be requested to finalize the award.
