Deliverables: Inception Report (within 5 working days), weekly progress updates, Draft Forensic Investigation Report, Final Investigation Report (with methodology, findings, geospatial mapping of email leakage, evidence files, root cause analysis, legal considerations, recommendations), advisory support (disciplinary/criminal referrals, control improvements). Requirements: Expertise in digital/ICT forensics, data leakage investigations, cyber forensics, insider threat analysis. Team roles: Lead Forensic Investigator, Digital Forensic Analyst, Cybersecurity Specialist, Legal/Forensic Advisor. Timeline: 1 month (4 weeks) from appointment. Must comply with POPIA, PFMA, Cybercrimes Act, Protected Disclosures Act, and forensic standards (chain-of-custody).
