Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the eTender portal. The bid document must be submitted online on the e-tender platform, following the steps outlined in the bid document. Bidders are strongly advised to complete their electronic submissions at least one day before the closing date to avoid last-minute technical issues. A mini kitchenette must be provided on the SANSA node, with a coffee machine, kettle, water cooler, and catering items.

The pricing schedule must include all costs, with no unspecified costs. Payment will be made based on deliverables, and the offer must be valid for 120 days from the bid closing date. The total price must be inserted in the schedule, including all costs and expenses required to provide the contract standard.

Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations and submit their unique personal identification number issued by SARS. A Central Supplier Database (CSD) summary report must be submitted, with a compliant tax status on the closing date. Bidders must also submit a valid and active engineering and safety certification record.
