Two-stage evaluation:

2. Price and Specific Goals (80/20 preference point system, PPPFA 2022):

• Price: 80 points (detailed budget breakdown).
• Specific Goals: 20 points (10 points for 100% Black-owned; 10 points for Exempted Micro Enterprise with annual turnover < R10 million).
• SBD 6.1 must be used to claim specific-goals points; CSD report and certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required as proof — missing proof scores zero for specific goals.

Price validity: quoted price must remain valid for at least 90 days.

Scope: Data Analysis training course for one Brand South Africa employee.
