Bids must be submitted on the official JCPZ bid document. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile and late bids will not be accepted. The bidder is responsible for depositing the submission in the correct tender box. Bid validity is 120 days from the closing date, extendable if needed.

Returnable documents: the completed and signed bid document as provided by JCPZ, plus the completed Specifications/Terms of Reference (where applicable).

Preference points system: 80/20 (Price & Specific Goals).

Specific goals (each worth 10 points):

• Women-owned enterprises (51% or more) – 10 points
• Locality within the City of Johannesburg – 10 points

Mandatory requirements (failure leads to elimination):

• Attendance of the compulsory site briefing session.
• Completion in full of the Specifications/Terms of Reference as per the tender document (where applicable).

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. JCPZ reserves the right to accept any tender in whole or in part.
