Preference point system: 80/20 (price weighted 80, specific goals weighted 20, total 100).

• Youth ownership: 4 points for 100% ownership, scaling down to 0 for 0%.
• Women ownership: 4 points for 100% ownership, scaling down to 0 for 0%.
• Black ownership: 4 points for 100% ownership, scaling down to 0 for 0%.
• People living with disabilities: 4 points.
• Locality: 4 points for suppliers based in Nelson Mandela Bay Metro, 3 for Eastern Cape, 2 for neighbouring provinces, 1 for other provinces, 0 for outside the RSA.

If proof or documentation for specific goals is not submitted with the quotation, preference points for specific goals will be interpreted as not claimed. The organ of state may require substantiation of any preference claim before or after adjudication.

Scope: supply and delivery of stage services disposables to the Mandela Bay Theatre Complex.

Items required:

• 2 x 10m HDMI cables.
• 4 x boxes of AA Industrial Pro Batteries (with packs of 10 inside each box).
• 2 x boxes of 9v Industrial Pro Batteries (with packs of 10 inside each box).
• 2 x Sustain Pedals KSP 100 or similar.
• 1 x box of Gaffer Tape (black).

Delivery date: 21 August 2026.

Delivery cost must be included in the quoted price.

Pricing format:

• Unit price and total price per line item.
• Subtotal, VAT line (only if the supplier is VAT registered), and total price inclusive or exclusive of VAT.
• Suppliers must break down prices when quoting.

Commercial terms:

• Prices must be VAT inclusive.
• Prices must include delivery.
• Price must be firm.
• Delivery period must be firm.
• Quotation must remain valid for 90 days.
• No prepayment or upfront payment will be made by Mandela Bay Theatre Complex.
• Any deviation from specification must be stated on the quotation.

• SBD 4 (Bidder's Disclosure): mandatory declaration of interest; false or incomplete disclosure leads to disqualification.

• Quote prices VAT inclusive.
• Include delivery in the quoted price.

• Quotation must be valid for 90 days.
• Break down prices when quoting.
• Complete and submit SBD 4 and SBD 6.1.
• Evaluation applies the 80/20 preference point system.
• No prepayment or upfront payment will be made.
