B-BBEE: Submit a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or a sworn affidavit (for EMEs and QSEs) to qualify for preference points. Indicate on the form whether you are submitting a certificate or affidavit.
Supplier information: Provide full supplier details including name, postal and street addresses, telephone, cellphone, email, VAT registration number, and tax compliance status (TCS PIN or CSD number).
Disqualification: Bids from persons in the service of the state, or companies/close corporations with directors/members who are in the service of the state, will not be considered.
