• Key items: 126mm Pelican Systems drywall partitioning (154 m²), aluminium doors (9 units), burglar proofing, vinyl flooring (96 m²), suspended ceilings (10 m²), painting of drywalls (291 m²) and other surfaces.
• Provisional sums included for electrical (R120,000), HVAC (R200,000), IT/electronic (R80,000), and signage/safety equipment (R10,000).
• Health and safety requirements: Contractor must compile SHE file, risk assessments, method statements, fall protection plans, medical screening, PPE, toolbox talks, incident reporting, and comply with construction regulations.
