Bidders must demonstrate proven experience in digital publications or flipbook solutions, graphic design and infographic expertise, and provide a portfolio of at least three similar projects.

Scope: convert an existing SANEDI report on the biofuels sector into a professional interactive electronic flipbook.

Required features: page-turning functionality; clickable table of contents, bookmarks, page thumbnails, hyperlinks, search and zoom; embed videos or image galleries supplied by SANEDI; optimised for performance across major browsers and devices; cross-browser compatibility; downloadable PDF; compatible with SANEDI website.

Design and layout: visually appealing and professional report design; incorporate graphics, charts, infographics and multimedia elements.

Maintenance and support: provide technical support in collaboration with SANEDI ICT for a defined period post-launch; address bugs, updates and minor content revisions.

Deliverables: interactive electronic flipbook; visually enhanced report with graphics and infographics; high-resolution PDF; editable source files; design assets and artwork; user guide where applicable.

Reporting: weekly reports to the designated project manager; progress updates and draft submissions for review; incorporate feedback and revisions.

Bidders must demonstrate proven experience in developing digital publications or flipbook solutions, graphic design and infographic expertise, a portfolio of at least three similar projects, and proficiency in professional design software.

Quality assurance required: conduct QA and correct formatting or functionality issues. Deliverables must be high-quality, professional, and meet technical requirements. Provide technical support post-launch and address bugs, updates, and minor content revisions.

Quoted price must be submitted on company official letterhead, excluding disbursements, VAT inclusive. Discounted amounts and disbursements to be shown. Total amount VAT inclusive.
