First aid level 1 training for 37 ccma employees across 16 offices

The RFQ will be evaluated in three stages: Stage one - Mandatory requirements, Stage two - Functionality, and Stage three - Price and specific goals. The evaluation criteria include Quality/Functionality (100 points), Price (80 points), and specific goals (20 points).

The service provider must facilitate a First Aid Level 01 accredited training to 37 CCMA officials. The training must be interactive, face-to-face, and include practicals. The service provider must have a proven track record and high level of expertise.

The service provider must have a proven track record of successfully delivering similar services. The facilitators must have at least 3 years of experience conducting training or workshops.

All quotations must include all applicable taxes and be submitted on an official letterhead. The evaluation of quotations will consider pricing and CCMA preferential points using the 80/20 system.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to submitting quotations. A Valid Tax Clearance Certificate must be submitted with the response document. Proof of ownership must be attached in the form of a copy of the founding documentation and ID documents.

The service provider must ensure the health and safety of the participants during the training.

The evaluation criteria include Quality/Functionality (100 points), Price (80 points), and specific goals (20 points). Bidders must achieve a minimum score of 70 to be considered further for price evaluation.
