All quoted rates must be all-inclusive, including delivery and transport logistics to designated beneficiary locations in eThekwini Municipality.

Pricing must be submitted on the provided schedule, per beneficiary lot. Each lot lists items (Amabheshu, Mbadada, Mqhele, leather shoes/sandals) with quantities. Bidders must complete unit prices and totals, excluding and including 15% VAT. All rates must be all-inclusive of delivery and transport to beneficiary locations in eThekwini Municipality.

Pricing format: fixed price quotation on company letterhead

• Price must be inclusive of VAT and all costs relating to disbursements.
• All quoted rates must be all-inclusive, including delivery and transport logistics.
• Pricing schedule must be completed per beneficiary lot, with unit prices and totals excluding and including 15% VAT.
• Offer must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.

Mandatory compliance:

• Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with MAAA status.
• Valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN or TCS certificate). If tax status is non-compliant, a SARS PIN must be supplied.
• Signed and completed SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1.
• Bidders must not be persons in the service of the state, nor companies with directors who are in state service.
• Foreign suppliers must be residents of South Africa or have a branch/permanent establishment in the country.
• Proof of authority to sign (company resolution) must be submitted.

The successful bidder will be required to sign a written contract (SBD 7). The offer must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
