Submission requirements:

• Submit a completed bid document with all attachments, signed, in a clearly labelled sealed envelope.
• Include a USB drive with the bid documents. Failure to submit a USB will result in disqualification.
• Include proof of payment for the tender document (R150.00 non-refundable fee). Failure to attach proof will result in disqualification.
• Deposit the submission in the tender box at Ikhala TVET College: Administration Centre, Zone D, Gwadana Drive, Ezibeleni, 5326 by the specified closing date and time.
• Faxed, electronic, or late submissions will not be accepted.
• Only companies that submit all required information will be considered for evaluation.
• Ikhala TVET College is not obligated to provide reasons for non-acceptance or rejection of any submission.
• All shortlisted bidders will undergo security screening in terms of Section 2(1)(b) of the National Strategic Intelligence Act as amended.
