• Submissions must be made via the e-Tender Portal (https://www.etenders.gov.za/).
• Quotations must be submitted on company letterheads in PDF format (MS Word, Excel, or images are not allowed).
• All quotation values must include all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax, UIF, and SDL).
• Failure to include all applicable taxes will lead to disqualification.
• Quotations received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
• A Joint Venture Agreement must be submitted if applicable, properly signed by all parties.

• Valid Tax Clearance/SARS PIN.
• Valid B-BBEE Certificate/Affidavit.
• Municipal rates/taxes statement (not older than 90 days).
• Signed MBD 4, MBD 8, and MBD 9.
• CSD proof.
• Company registration and director ID copies.

• Scope: Provision of pest control services at Johannesburg Water Head Office (Turbine Hall and Turbine Square buildings).
• Duration: 12 months.
• Services include: Supply, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of bait stations to prevent infestations.
• Quantities:

• Bait Stations (Office Areas): 103 units
• Bait Stations (External Areas): 67 units
• Total Bait Stations: 162 units
• Fumigation Services: 24,966 m2 (includes storerooms, waste areas, and open areas)

Bidders must provide a list of similar projects (bait station installation, fumigation, general pest management) with contactable reference letters on company letterhead. Experience is scored as follows: >6 years (35 pts), 5-6 years (35 pts), 3-4 years (15 pts), 1-2 years (15 pts).

Pricing must be submitted on the provided MBD 3.1 form. Must include VAT and all applicable taxes. Only firm prices are accepted.

• Pricing must be firm (no rates of exchange variations).
• Quotations must include all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax, UIF, and SDL).
• A separate pricing schedule must be submitted for each delivery point if applicable.
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.
• Quotation validity period: 60 days.

• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) is mandatory.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or valid SARS PIN.
• Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (Non-compliant affidavits will score zero).
• Proof of municipal rates and taxes (not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days).
• Signed MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 8 (Past SCM Practices), and MBD 9 (Bid Determination).
• Company registration documents with ID copies of all directors/shareholders.
• No bidder may be in the service of the state or blacklisted by National Treasury.

• 80/20 system applies.
• Specific Goal: SMME (EME or QSE) with 51% or more black ownership (80 points) via valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.

• Mandatory submission of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used.
• Mandatory submission of waste disposal procedures for pesticide containers.
• The appointed service provider must submit a safety file upon appointment.

The scope includes fumigation of 24,966 m2, covering storerooms, waste areas, and open areas within the precinct.

• Bidders must complete MBD 9 (Bid Determination).
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.
• Bidders must comply with all General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Special Conditions of Contract (SCC).

Must submit a signed Joint Venture Agreement if applicable.

Evaluation based on 80/20 system. Price: 80 points; Specific Goals: 20 points. Mandatory functionality includes PCO accreditation and relevant experience evidence.
