• Roof: sand blast entire roof, supply and install normal and emergency venting systems with screen mesh per API 653, install anti-slip strip.
• Roof nozzles: replace goose neck vent, repair corroded areas, fit new seal to dip hatch, tighten loose bolts on auto gauge nozzle.
• Handrails/platforms/stairway: sand blast/wire brush, replace severely corroded staircases, repair corroded areas, remove cracked welds and weld reinforcement plates, install support structures anchored to foundation.
• Shell external: sand blast entire shell, remove and replace non-conforming patch plates with rounded plates per API 653, conduct PMI test before welding, install data plates per API 650/653, install API-style name plate.
