β’ Submit the bid in a sealed envelope, externally endorsed with the Tender Number, Description and Closing Date. β’ Deliver the sealed envelope to the Tender Box at Municipal Offices, 1 Dirkie Uys Street, Bredasdorp, or post to the Acting Municipal Manager, PO Box 51, Bredasdorp, before 12:00 on 03 July 2026. β’ Use only the official tender forms supplied; do not reβtype or rewrite any part of the forms. β’ All pages must be securely bound and initialed; correction fluid, tape or gluedβover pages are prohibited. β’ Include all compulsory returnable documents (CAMBD 1β9, Schedule 1Aβ1F) fully completed and signed. β’ Attach a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (or printed TCC) and proof of upβtoβdate municipal account payments. β’ Provide a BβBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit where required. β’ Late submissions, incomplete documents, or bids from persons in the service of the State will be rejected. β’ The Municipality reserves the right to reject any bid, to return unopened bids, and to cancel the process if irregularities are detected.
