1.2.1 Day to day monitoring of classes.
1.2.2 Ensure and monitor full attendance for all the participants and advise the project
coordinator.
1.2.3 Facilitate the above learning area at NQF level 1.
1.2.4 Provide the Project Coordinator with attendance registers on a daily basis.
1.2.5 Provide a project plan for the programme.
1.2.6 Provide learning material as follows:
1.Training Manual.
2. Facilitator Guide (PowerPoint Presentation).
3. Provide learner workbook with practical and theoretical activities.

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated in terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act using
the 80:20 points system of the revised Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.
Proposals will initially be evaluated in terms of functionality and then in respect of the Preferential
Procurement Policy Framework Act using the 80:20 points system. Only Proposers who score 65
points and more on functionality will be able to proceed to be further evaluated in terms of the
price competitiveness.

relevant ETQA.
• Any institution offering learning that will enable achievement of this unit
standard must be accredited as a provider through the relevant ETQA

• Moderation of assessment will be overseen by the relevant ETQA the
