• Supply and delivery of original (non‑generic) toners for Tswinyane CLC:

• Toshiba e330 AC toners – quantity 3
• HP LaserJet P2025n toners – quantity 2
• HP LaserJet MFP 137 fnw toners – quantity 3

• All items must be new, original manufacturers’ toners.

Mandatory submission documents:

1. Company registration documents (CIPC).
2. Valid tax clearance certificate.
3. Completed SBD 4 declaration form (date must match quotation date).
4. Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
5. Certified copies of directors’ ID documents (not older than 6 months).
6. Company profile.
7. Municipal rates & taxes statement in the company’s name, or if operating from a residence – council letter and affidavit; if from leased premises – valid lease agreement and council letter with affidavit (all in director’s name).
8. Valid B‑BBEE certificate (SANAS accredited) or a sworn B‑BBEE affidavit signed by a Commissioner of Oaths.
