The service provider must coordinate the Maskandi Festival, covering logistics and operational planning (installation and management of infrastructure such as tents, toilets, fencing, marquees), safety compliance (health & safety, Section 4 meetings, emergency and evacuation plan, EMS, security and marshalls' placement), and artist management (booking process and hospitality).

Expertise/Qualifications of key personnel: Events coordinator with qualification in project management or events management and minimum 3 years' experience = 15 points; Safety officer with SETA accredited NQF level 5 OHS certificate or safety management training course certificate and minimum 3 years' experience = 15 points. Attach CVs and certified copies of qualifications (compulsory).
