Compulsory requirements for this service: It is important to note that the successful bidder will work under the supervision of a Brand South Africa representative, abide by Brand South Africa’s Code of Conduct, and other organisational guidelines. Failure to submit the following documents will lead to disqualification: (SARS Pin Number/ Tax Clearance Certificate). National Treasury Central Supplier Database Report. Completed and signed SBD forms. Completed and signed POPIA PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT, 2013 (POPIA). Quotation on Company Letterhead.

Proposals assessed using the 80/20 preference point system under PPPFA Regulations 2022. Price: 80 points (detailed budget breakdown). Specific Goals: 20 points (claimed via SBD 6.1; proof required as CSD report and certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; failure to submit proof results in zero points for specific goals). Total: 100 points.

• Certificate of completion to be issued to the attendee.

• Understanding AI and ML fundamentals (concepts, principles, algorithms).
• Applying AI in business (identifying problems, real-world scenarios).
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering (cleaning, transformation, extraction).
• Model evaluation and optimization (performance, improvement, parameter tuning).
• Strategic decision-making (enhancing processes, efficiency, innovation).
• Ethical considerations (biases, responsible AI).
• Change management and implementation (strategies, stakeholder engagement).
• Future trends and innovations.
• Communication and collaboration (articulating strategies, working with technical and non-technical colleagues).
• Research and analysis (literature, case studies, industry trends).

Payment is based on work completed (milestones/deliverables) as per the project implementation plan to be agreed at inception.
