2.1. The purpose of this bid is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service
provider to provide ATNS (Air Traffic and Navigation Services SOC Limited) with a
Media Publications Database Subscription that offers digital access to national and
international newspapers, magazines, and related media publications for a period of
five (5) years.
2.2. ATNS requires institutional access to a comprehensive collection of national and
international newspapers and magazines, supporting current-awareness,
environmental scanning, executive briefings, market intelligence, training and
research. The service must combine real-time access to current news with deep
historical archives suitable for research and reference. Where commercially available,
integrated broadcast and online news monitoring is desirable, although the primary
deliverable remains the digital print collection.
