Scope: Supply of Executive Leadership Coaching Services to Executive Management, including the Managing Director. Quantity: 1 session per month. Duration: minimum period of 12 months. Number of executives: 8 individual executives. Minimum requirements for service provider:

• Minimum three years' experience in providing Executive Leadership Coaching in a corporate environment.
• Must have a panel of at least five accredited coaches by International Coaching Federation (ICF) or Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA).
• Coaches must have at least three years' experience in Executive Leadership Coaching.
• Panel must be diverse in race, gender, and primary professional expertise (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR).
• Individual coaches must have at least three years' Executive Management experience in any executive portfolio.
• Must articulate the coaching framework or approach and how it fits Johannesburg Water's requirements.
• Must facilitate assessments to enhance coaching effectiveness.
• Must have multiple coaching platforms: in person at Johannesburg Water, in person at provider's venue, and virtually.

Objectives of the coaching intervention:

• Assessment of leaders to identify development areas.
• Empower leaders to close leadership gaps.
• Enhance people management and leadership skills for maximum performance and engagement.
• Grow leaders and enable effective contribution towards strategic imperatives.
• Improve individual effectiveness and performance.
• Enhance emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.

The service provider must clearly articulate the coaching framework or approach they follow and how it will fit Johannesburg Water's requirements. The provider must facilitate assessments to enhance the effectiveness of the coaching development. Coaching sessions must be delivered through multiple platforms: in person at Johannesburg Water, in person at the provider's venue, and virtually.

Service provider must have a minimum of three years' experience in providing Executive Leadership Coaching in a corporate environment. Must have a panel of at least five accredited coaches by ICF or COMENSA. Coaches must have at least three years' experience in Executive Leadership Coaching. Panel must be diverse in race, gender, and professional expertise. Individual coaches must have at least three years' Executive Management experience. Reference letters to support the three years' experience must be on client letterhead, signed and dated. CVs and proof of COMENSA or ICF accreditation for the five coaches must be submitted.
