4. Stage Three – Functionality: minimum qualifying score 70 out of 100.

• Functionality criteria (max 100 points):
• Previous Experience (T2.2-02): 30 points – based on number of reference/completion letters for surveying projects in last 8 years (0-2: 0; 3: 40; 4: 70; 5-7: 90; 8+: 100).
• Management & CVs of Key Persons (T2.2-03): 30 points – Lead Land Surveyor (10), Land Surveyor (10), Safety Officer (10).
• Health and Safety Management (T2.2-04): 40 points – Work Method Statement (20), Risk Assessment (10), Safety and Health Plan, signed policy, OHS Act 16.2 appointee, SHE legal appointees, company organogram (10).
