Attach a valid Professional Indemnity Insurance Certificate, or Schedule of Insurance, or a letter from the insurer confirming a minimum indemnity cover of R4 million. Bidders MUST submit copy of the original professional registration certificates listed below. NB: Seven (7) distinct individuals below are required to be evaluated against the seven (7) mandatory requirements. Only those same individuals who meet the mandatory requirements will be considered for the functionality evaluation.
