Points awarded for references (max 20), Kemp Load Balancer experience (max 5). (5) Adjudication: 80/20 PPPFA scoring applies (bid value ≤ R50M). Procure Kemp Virtual LoadMaster (VLM-MAX-SUB-1Y) annual subscriptions (2 units) with uncapped throughput, SSL TPS, 24x7 support, Edge Security Pack (ESP), and daily WAF reputation updates. Managed support services required: (1) Installation/configuration/customization for 1 pair of devices (12 months), (2) Quality Assurance on configurations for 4 additional pairs at National Office and Disaster Recovery site (3 months). Cloud GSLB service for 15 domains (12 months). Bidders must include a proposal describing managed support services and at least one CV of a qualified Kemp Engineer with GSLB experience. Minimum specifications are mandatory; only superior specifications may be accepted.

Pricing must be VAT-inclusive and firm for 180 days. Complete Appendix B (Pricing Schedule) with unit/total costs for all items. Total bid price must match the online submission on Votaquotes. All costs (licenses, delivery, support, installation, QA, Cloud GSLB) must be included. No additional costs will be accepted post-submission. Discrepancies between online and Appendix B prices will default to the online price for adjudication.
