Evaluation will use the 80/20 point scoring system: 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals: 20 points are allocated for SMMEs (EME or QSE) that are 51% or more black-owned by Black People. Proof required: Valid B-BBEE Certificate or compliant sworn affidavit. Quotation price must be exclusive of VAT. The total quotation value submitted must include all applicable taxes. The validity period for your quotation is 60 days. No bonds, guarantees, or specific payment terms are specified.

You must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide your CSD/MAAA number. Submit a valid Original Tax Clearance Certificate or valid SARS PIN. Submit a valid B-BBEE Certificate or a compliant sworn affidavit (non-compliant affidavits will score zero). Submit company registration documents (CIPC) and ID copies of directors/shareholders. Submit a Municipal rates and taxes account statement not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days.
