(3) Provide detailed process for e-waste purchase/offer. (4) Supply certificates of destruction post-collection. Pricing must be exclusive of VAT. All prices must be firm (fixed, subject only to VAT changes). Pricing should be itemized per component based on technical/functional requirements.
