Prime Contractors must not hold a lower contract value percentage than subcontractors. 2) Technical/Functionality Evaluation: Minimum qualifying score is 70%. Criteria and weightings: Bidder’s Relevant Experience (30%), Proposed Methodology and Project Plan (40%), Qualifications/Skills of the Team (30%). Bids below 70% are disqualified. 3) Preference Point System: Acceptable bids (70%+) are evaluated on Specific Goals (20 points). Black ownership: 100% black-owned entities score 10 points (80/20 system) or 5 points (90/10 system); 51%-99.99% black-owned entities score 4 points (80/20) or 2 points (90/10). Contract awarded to the highest-scoring bidder unless objective criteria justify otherwise.

Bidder must provide: 1) Detailed methodology/approach with key activities, timelines, and milestones. 2) Three (3) relevant, contactable references for similar work done in the past 5 years. 3) Key personnel CVs with qualifications and experience in project management, partition installation, aluminium shopfronts/doors, carpets, and metalwork. Maximum of 2 technicians with relevant qualifications and minimum 3 years' experience. 4) Team structure and composition, including main disciplines and responsible personnel. SLA will measure, monitor, and assess supplier performance.

Bidders must demonstrate experience in office building renovations, including: Removing existing items, installing partitions, carpets, aluminium shopfronts, and doors. Provision of these services to a corporate client is an added advantage. Requirements: 1) Three (3) relevant, contactable references for similar work done in the past 5 years. 2) Key personnel must have qualifications and experience in: Project Management, Partition Installation, Aluminium Shopfronts/Doors Installation, Carpets, Metalwork. 3) Maximum of 2 technicians with relevant qualifications and minimum 3 years' experience. 4) Team structure and composition, including main disciplines and responsible personnel. CVs must highlight qualifications and relevant experience. Copies of qualifications and professional registrations must be attached.

Pricing must be VAT-inclusive (where applicable) and quoted in ZAR. Rates must be firm for the contract period or include details of price adjustment basis (e.g., CPI). All additional costs must be specified and included in the Total Bid Price.
