• Scope of services:

• Onsite changing of lock codes and combinations quarterly, estimated duration 3 hours per service.
• Provide onsite emergency support as and when required, estimated duration 3 hours (depending on service).

• The service provider must be able to deliver the service within 30 days of purchase order issuance or contract signing.
• Purpose: To maintain security, integrity, and accountability of diamond storage, ensuring only authorized personnel have access.

• Prices quoted must be valid for 90 days from the tender closing date.
• Prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT.
• A firm delivery period must be indicated in the quotation.
