• Seal the original bid, covering letter and all supporting documents in an envelope clearly endorsed with the tender title.

Accreditation: Provider must be accredited by HWSETA, QCTO or CETA.

Delivery: On‑site at Midmar Dam, Howick (KZN); include both theory and practical components; sessions in English (IsiZulu advantageous); max 20 learners per session.

Personnel: Minimum two qualified facilitators, assessors and moderators – submit qualifications and CVs.
