Late, emailed, or electronically altered submissions will not be accepted. • You must attend the compulsory briefing session on 2 July 2026 at 10:00 at KV Challenor Street, Eshowe. Only 15 minutes leniency is allowed. • Include all required returnable documents fully completed and signed. Sign every page with an allocated signature space. • Key returnable documents include: Proof of briefing attendance, valid Tax Clearance Certificate, CIDB grading 2EP, CSD registration, company registration certificates, ID copies of directors, Rates Clearance Certificate, Workmen’s Compensation proof, Electrical Trade Test certificate, methodology for security subcontracting, and preferential procurement forms (MBD 6.1). • If your tender price is R10 million or above, also submit Audited Annual Financial Statements and MBD5 Declaration. • Canvassing or corrupt practices lead to disqualification. The municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid. • No upward price amendments after submission; any attempt invalidates the tender.

Compulsory briefing attendance required on 19 June 2026 at 10h00 at Council Chamber followed by site visit. Closing date: 26 June 2026 at 10h00 with public opening. Late, facsimile, or electronic bids not accepted. All supporting documents must be stapled at front. Certified documents not older than 6 months. Failure to comply renders bid non-responsive.

• Submit the completed Form of Offer and Acceptance (Part C1) with all required signatures. • The offer must include the total price inclusive of VAT, calculated per the Activity Schedule. • The offer may be accepted by the employer signing the acceptance part and returning a copy before the end of the validity period. • The contractor must, within two weeks after receiving a completed copy of the agreement, contact the Service Manager to arrange delivery of bonds, guarantees, proof of insurance, and other required documentation. • Failure to fulfil these obligations constitutes a repudiation of the agreement.

Submit Annexure C (Local Content Declaration – Summary Schedule) with your tender by the closing date and time. The Tender Authority may request Declarations D (Imported Content Declaration) and E (Local Content Declaration – Supporting Schedule) at any stage. If awarded the tender, you must continuously update Declarations C, D, and E with actual values for the entire contract duration. Ensure all declarations are accurate, verifiable, and aligned with SATS 1286:2011 requirements.
