Submit Annexure C (Local Content Declaration – Summary Schedule) with your tender by the closing date and time. The Tender Authority may request Declarations D (Imported Content Declaration) and E (Local Content Declaration – Supporting Schedule) at any stage. If awarded the tender, you must continuously update Declarations C, D, and E with actual values for the entire contract duration. Ensure all declarations are accurate, verifiable, and aligned with SATS 1286:2011 requirements.

• Ensure all required returnable documents are completed and submitted as specified in the tender document.

• Submit quotations exclusively via email to [email protected] with the Quote number (Q26/256/DM(A)) as the subject line. Do not CC any buyers or drop submissions in the tender box—these will be rejected.\n• Deadline: 03 June 2026 at 15h00. Late or incomplete submissions are disqualified.\n• Use the official Umgeni-uThukela Water quotation form (Price Schedule). If space is insufficient, add a supplementary pricing breakdown.\n• Mandatory forms: Complete and include SBD 4 (Bidders Disclosure). Failure to submit this invalidates your quotation.\n• Compliance: Ensure full adherence to the terms of reference/specifications. Any alterations must be initialled; correcting fluid is prohibited.\n• Submission method: Email only. No physical submissions accepted.

Submit in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number. Deposit into the tender box at the foyer of Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi House, Corner of Krugerrand & Barbados Bay Road, CBD, Richards Bay. Submissions via fax or email are not accepted. Ensure all MBD forms and declarations are fully completed; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
