• Submit tender electronically via Eskom E-tendering site by the stipulated closing date and time. No late tenders accepted. • For e-tendering: upload and finalize tender via Eskom Tender Bulletin site on the Eskom E-tendering page. Ensure documents are submitted, accessible, and not corrupt. • Tenders must be submitted in English. Written tenders must be completed in ink, not pencil. • Return mandatory tender returnables by tender closing date and time. All documents must be fully completed. • Submit a complete original tender in paper form plus one complete copy if required (for non-e-tendering). Mark packages as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY". • Seal packages in an outer package marked "Confidential" with Eskom address, tender number, tenderer's name, address, email, and contact number. • Sign the original tender. The signatory is held liable. • Attend compulsory site visit/clarification meeting if stipulated; failure to attend results in disqualification. • Submit Integrity Declaration Form and other required annexures (Annexures A-K) as listed in the tender documents. • Tender validity period is 180 days from closing date. Eskom may request extension; refusal leads to exclusion.

Submit sealed envelopes marked with tender number THLM/SCM23/2025-2026/E04 to the bid box at Thembisile Hani Local Municipality’s Offices, Stand Number 24, Mthombomuhle (Kwaggafontein C), by 12h00 on 10 July 2026. Download tender documents for free from www.etenders.co.za. Hard copies (R1 543.68) are only available if the E-Tenders portal fails; pay via cash or EFT to Thembisile Hani Local Municipality. Couriers must present an official letterhead with bid details and proof of payment. Facsimiles or emailed submissions are not accepted.

Submit two (2) complete documents via e-Tenders (one technical proposal and one financial proposal) by 11:00 on 06 July 2026. Label both with 'ARC/21/08/2025/1' and your company name. Late submissions, emails, or faxed bids will not be accepted. Tender box submissions are invalid. Failure to submit both documents will disqualify your bid. All submissions must use official forms (not retyped). Proposals must remain valid for 180 days from the closing date.
