• Submission Address: Place sealed bids in the bid box at Ground Floor, No. 33 Corner Market and De Wet Street, eMkhondo, 2380. Bid box is open Monday to Thursday 7h30–16h30, Friday 7h30–14h00. • Deadline: 23 June 2026 at 12:00 (noon). Late bids are rejected. No telegraphic, fax, email, or mailed submissions accepted. • Required Forms: Use only the official tender documentation provided by Mkhondo Local Municipality. Do not retype or alter forms. • Returnable Documents: Complete and submit all required schedules (Schedules 1–10) and Municipal Bidding Declaration (MBD) forms (MBD 1, 2, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9). • Disqualification Risks: Bids are rejected if: deposited in the wrong box; not clearly marked with tender number and title; not completed in black permanent ink (no erasable pens, tippex, or pencil); pages not initialled; mandatory documents missing; or bidder name not on submission register.

Returnable Documents: The tender document states that returnable documents are required. Ensure all specified forms and schedules are completed and submitted.

Submit all tender information in English. Use the provided electronic MS Excel spreadsheets for Technical Schedules A&B. All supporting documents, including drawings, must be submitted in electronic (e.g., PDF) format. Clearly reference all supporting documents in the relevant columns of the Technical Schedules. Non-compliance with submission format may result in disqualification.

Submit both a hard copy and an electronic copy (clearly marked USB) of the bid document. Hard copy must be sealed, clearly marked with the bid number (RLM/DTIS/0121/2025/26) and description, and placed in the bid box in the foyer of Missionary Mpheni House, Beyers Naude Drive, Rustenburg, by 09 June 2026 at 08:30. Late submissions will be disqualified. Proof of deposit for the tender document fee (R1000.00, non-refundable) must be attached with the company name and SCM mandatory documents. Bids must comply with all instructions in the tender document, E-tender advert, and CIDB Website. Non-compliance with any requirement or instruction will lead to disqualification. Bids remain valid for 90 days.
