Uphongolo local municipality in kwazulu-natal seeks to establish a panel of service providers for the hire of yellow plant (construction and earthmoving machinery) on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of 36 months. Bidders must be able to supply and maintain the required plant and comply with all municipal and national procurement requirements.
