Bids must be submitted online via the e-Submission (e-Tender) system; email submissions will not be accepted. The bid must be split into three parcels: Parcel A (administrative and mandatory requirements, excluding SBD 3.1 and 6.1), Parcel B (price and specific goals: SBD 3.1, SBD 6.1, CSD report, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, ID copies of shareholders, and valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit). Proposals must remain valid for 60 days from submission. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit proof of registration or application. Supply and delivery of branded unisex bicycles and accessories to three schools: Emtshezi Secondary School (90 units, Emhlungwini Tribal Authority, KwaMdaba, Estcourt, 3310, KwaZulu-Natal), Mabushe Secondary School (50 units, 1003 Tickyline, Ga-Maake, Lenyenye, Ramalema-Tickyline Village, Greater Tzaneen, Limpopo), Zwelakhe Secondary School (60 units, Mjila Location, Ntabankulu, Umzimvubu A/A, 5090, Eastern Cape). Total 200 bicycles, 200 helmets, 200 locks, 200 pumps, 200 safety reflective vests, 6 portable repair tool kits (2 per school), and 6 bicycle repair kits (2 per school). Bicycles must be blue, ATNS branded with unique identification number stamped on frame. Specifications: Full Hi-Ten carbon steel frame, carbon steel fork, one-piece crank bottom bracket, full chain guard, 1/8" x 40 tooth chain ring, cotterless steel crank, 18 tooth rear sprocket, 1/2" x 1/8" black chain, steel pedals with reflectors, sealed weatherproof steering headset, 40mm rise steel handlebar, 90-40d-160 steel stem, PVC black grips, calliper front brake with full steel lever. Helmets: glossy reflective blue and grey/silver, size small, ATNS Shova Ufunde branding on both sides, 10 air vent cooling system, white EPS liner, high gloss PVC shell, quick release micro buckle, certified to ANSI, CPSC, CE EN 1078 or BN EN 1078. Locks: 1.5 meters, 4-digit password combination, steel covered. Hand pump: D-9116 with plastic tube, clips, connect tube and valve. Safety reflective vest: lightweight, breathable, adjustable straps, reflective blue and grey, ISO 20471:2013 approved reflective stripes, one size fits all, ATNS reflective logo front and back.
