2. Trade references (30 points): three reference letters (on letterhead, not older than 3 years, no appointment letters). Within 18-24 months = 30, 12-18 months = 20, 6-12 months = 10.

Appointment of a qualified service provider for comprehensive Sage Pastel Evolution System support for 6 months. 11 users. Modules covered: User Defined, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Contract Management Basic, Inventory, Order Entry, Fixed Assets, Report Writer, Information Alerts, GL Master/Sub Accounts, GL Segmented Accounts, Bank Manager, Segmented Inventory, Audit Tool, Delivery Management, Mobility, Inventory Optimisation.

Services required:

• System training and knowledge transfer (online and onsite).
• Data analysis, reporting and business intelligence (custom reports, dashboards, KPIs).
• System support, administration and optimization (technical and functional support, issue diagnosis, user access management, system health checks).
• Monthly service reports and a shared support log (ticketing system).

The service provider must deliver training (online and onsite), data analysis and reporting, system support and administration, and provide a ticketing system and monthly reports.

Minimum 5 years' experience in similar projects. SAGE certifications required: Sage Certified Consultant, Sage Intelligence Reporting, Sage Accredited Trainer, Pastel Academy/Training, Authorized Business Partner. Must provide portfolio of Pastel-related reporting/customization. Three contactable reference letters (not older than 3 years, on official letterhead). Business profile required.
