• Submission deadline: 24 July 2026 at 12:00 (noon). No email submissions are allowed.
• Ensure the quotation is complete with all required information and documents. Late or incomplete quotations will not be considered.
• The municipality reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any quotation and will not provide reasons for acceptance or rejection.
• IYM reserves the right to award the quotation in full or in part.
• Submissions of SBD Forms will not be considered and will lead to disqualification.

• All suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Submit a Declaration of Interest form (available from the Supply Chain Office).

5. Bleach (750ml): 120 units.
6. Furniture polish (300ml): 120 units.
7. Multi insect odourless (300ml): 120 units.
8. Hand wash (200ml): 120 units.
9. Deo blocks (5kg): 60 units.
10. Dishwash (750ml): 120 units.
11. Toilet spray: 200 units.
12. 2kg washing powder: 100 units.
13. 1kg washing powder: 100 units.

• Pricing must include VAT at 15%.

• For non-VAT vendors, prices will be evaluated exclusive of VAT.
• Payment terms: Payment will be issued within 30 days after goods have been delivered.

• Mandatory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Submit a CSD report.
• Submit a valid SARS tax compliance certificate or PIN.
• Submit a valid B-BBEE Status Level Certificate or sworn affidavit to claim preference points.
• Submit certified copies of identity documents for all directors.
• The quotation must be signed and bear a company stamp.
• Submit a municipal utility bill or lease agreement reflecting the status of accounts (for locality points).
• Include the following mandatory declaration forms with your quotation: MBD 4 and MBD 9.
• Quotations must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.
• The Inxuba Yethemba Municipality Supply Chain Management policy applies.

• Note: Failure to attach the B-BBEE Status Level Certificate will result in the loss of preference points.

• Price evaluation: Prices are evaluated inclusive of VAT, except for non-VAT vendors where prices are evaluated exclusive of VAT.
