The contract will be governed by the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) 2010 edition. Deliveries must reference the official purchase order number and be accompanied by a delivery note or invoice. Non-compliant deliveries may be rejected and returned at the supplier's expense. The department accepts no liability for incorrectly delivered goods or services. The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) applies to all personal information shared during the bidding process; the department may process and share such information as required by law.
