Submission method: deposit a sealed envelope endorsed with the project name and bid number into the official bid box at the main entrance of Ntabankulu Local Municipality, Erf 85, Main Street, Ntabankulu, 5130, before 12h00 on 15 September 2026. Bids are opened in public immediately after closing.

Bids will not be accepted by email, telegraph, or facsimile, and late bids are rejected. The bid must remain valid for 90 days after closing.

Mandatory returnables: latest full CSD report (not older than 3 months); fully completed and signed bid document including MBD 1–9 (signed after the advert date); originally certified ID copies of directors; proof of IATA and ASATA registration; proof of financial standing with a bank rating of at least C; municipal rates clearance for the company and all directors, or signed lease agreements with confirmation that no municipal billing applies; signed joint venture agreement if applicable; and, for bids above R10 million, audited annual financial statements for the last 3 years signed by a registered accountant.

Tender documents must be completed in their original format; any alteration must be signed. All certifications must be original and not older than 3 months. Failure to submit mandatory documents renders the bid non-responsive.
