Demonstration-based evaluation: virtual workshop covering Speed & Accuracy of Search, Navigation & Workflow, Document Management, Support & Training, Alerts and Updates, Mobile Accessibility; minimum 80 points to proceed. Price and Specific Goals: 80/20 preference points system per Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022, with price 80 points and specific goals 20 points.

Required modules (each for 3 years): Base Legal Research Package (including case law, legislation, practical guidance, commentary and analysis, news and current awareness), Constitutional Law, Employment/Labour Law, High Court Rulings, Corporate Governance Risk and Compliance, Civil Litigation and Procedure, and Procurement/Commercial Law. Compliance with all 8 specification points is mandatory; failure leads to disqualification. Proof of OEM partnership or confirmation of OEM status is required. Pricing structure: Base Legal Research Package (3 years), Constitutional Law (3 years), Employment/Labour Law (3 years), High Court Rulings (3 years), Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance (3 years), Civil Litigation and Procedure (3 years), Procurement/Commercial Law (3 years).
