The applicable preference point system is 80/20, with specific goals for Black-owned enterprises (51% Black-owned, 30% Black women-owned), spend on exempted micro enterprises, and optional bonus for 51% Black Designated Group owned companies.

• DCP-5KG: 3 units.
• CO2-5KG: 111 units.
• CO2-4.5KG: 23 units.
• DCP-2.5KG: 20 units.
• DCP-1KG: 39 units.
• CO2-6.8KG: 25 units.
• DCP-1.0KG: 1 unit.
• CO2-75.9KG: 1 unit.
• CO2-50KG: 2 units.
• CO2-2.27KG: 3 units.
• DCP-1.5KG: 1 unit.
• CO2-7KG: 1 unit.
• Hydrant: 49 units.
• Hose Reel: 123 units.

• Prices must be quoted in South African Rands, VAT inclusive (where applicable).
• Indicate any price escalation or future alterations required.
• Your quotation must be valid for 60 days from its date.
• Payment terms: 30 days from month-end statement or as mutually agreed, subject to Denel Industrial Properties' acceptance of completed work.

• Mandatory administrative compliance documents:

• Tax Status/Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax PIN.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Company Registration with CIPC.
• A valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit.

• Mandatory Declaration of Interest: SBD4 form.
• You must declare if any company owners are related to Denel personnel.
• You must disclose if the bidder or any directors/trustees/shareholders/members/partners are employed by an organ of state.
• You must disclose any relationship with personnel at the procuring institution.
• You must disclose any interest in other related enterprises and list all CSD-registered companies linked to directors.

• You must submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit.
• Preference points are claimed using the SBD6.1 form under the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.
• Specific goals for B-BBEE points include Black ownership and support for exempted micro enterprises.

• Payment will be made in accordance with Denel's General Conditions of Purchase, clause 4 (30 days from month-end statement or as agreed).
• All payments are subject to Denel Industrial Properties' acceptance that the work was performed to specified requirements.
• If specific goals are claimed fraudulently or contract conditions are not met, Denel may:

• Disqualify you from the tender process.
• Recover costs, losses, or damages.
• Cancel the contract and claim damages.
• Recommend you be restricted from state business for up to 10 years.
• Forward the matter for criminal prosecution.

• You must indicate if any company owners are related to Denel personnel.
• You must complete the SBD4 Declaration of Interest.
• You must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• You must disclose employment by an organ of state and any relationship with procuring institution personnel.
