Functionality threshold: Score at least 65 out of 100 in Phase 2. Provide reference letters (within 6 years, on letterhead, stating value and dates) and CVs with qualifications for all key staff (Supervisors, Admission Officers, Auditor, Operations Managers) as specified.
Staffing and qualifications: TMNP requires 6 Supervisors (Grade 12, 2 years POS, supervisory certificate), 1 Auditor (B.Com in Accounting/Finance/Auditing, 3 years experience), 1 Operations Manager (B degree in finance/administration, 3 years experience). WCNP requires 1 Operations Manager, 1 Team Supervisor, and 9 Admission Officers with specified qualifications.
