Kwazulu-natal community education and training college (kzncetc), in collaboration with purco SA, invites experienced service providers to tender for the supply and delivery of stationery to various campuses. An online non-compulsory information session will be held via ms teams on 17 september 2026 at 10h00. Registration on the purco SA website is required to attend. Tender submissions must be electronic via www.purcosa.co.za. The closing date and time is 30 september 2026 at 11:00 AM. late tenders will be disqualified. B-bbee minimum level 4 applies. The college does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept the bid as a whole, in part or not at all.
