Evaluation: 80/20 preference point system – price 80 points, specific goals 20 points (women ownership 5, disability ownership 5, youth ownership 5, location of enterprise 5, B-BBEE level 1 or 2 QSE/EME 3); failure to submit proof for specific goals means no points for those goals.
