Bidder must: 1) Have minimum 3 years experience providing internet bandwidth services with 3 signed references; 2) Provide fibre connectivity to all specified sites with required capacities; 3) Terminate equipment in ACSA Core Rooms as per site table; 4) Commit to installation, commissioning, and testing within 2 months of award; 5) Submit all mandatory returnable documents including tax compliance (TCS PIN or CSD number), B-BBEE certificate/affidavit, company incorporation documents, and completed SBD forms; 6) Achieve minimum 65/100 functionality score covering redundancy, usage policies, monitoring, project plan, project management, SLAs, and helpdesk; 7) Comply with confidentiality and security requirements as ACSA is a National Key Point.

• Scope: Supply, installation, and configuration of Internet Bandwidth connectivity for ACSA Admin Internet and ACSA Public WIFI facilities for a 12-month period.
• Technical Requirements: Connectivity must be via fibre links. All links must be uncapped; symmetrical speeds without shaping, throttling, or Fair Usage Policy restrictions are preferred.
• Bandwidth Capacity Requirements:

• Admin Internet: OR Tambo (20Gbps), Cape Town (10Gbps), King Shaka (10Gbps), Chief Dawid Stuurman (5Gbps), King Phalo (5Gbps), George (5Gbps), Kimberley (5Gbps), Bram Fischer (5Gbps), Upington (5Gbps).
• Public WIFI: Kimberley (5Gbps), Bram Fischer (5Gbps), Upington (5Gbps).

• Termination Points: Equipment must be terminated in specified ACSA Core Rooms at each airport site.
• Reporting: Monthly utilisation reports are required.
• Infrastructure: ACSA provides rack space, power, and cooling in secured, access-controlled environments.
• Personnel: The provider must supply professional, appropriately certified staff and is liable for parking fees at ACSA premises.

• Evaluation uses a three-stage approach: Stage 1 (Mandatory Requirements), Stage 2 (Functionality), Stage 3 (Price and Preference).

• Mandatory Requirement: Minimum three years' experience providing similar internet services. Provide three signed references.
• Must use fibre links and terminate equipment in specified ACSA Core Rooms.
• Must supply links to all requested sites with required capacity.
