Quotation reference RFQ_OBP190_2026_27 must be submitted by Aug 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Suppliers must register their company on the OBP e-tender portal and submit bids electronically via the portal. Bids must include proof of previous supply of similar goods, the completed SBD4 declaration, and a valid CSD registration report. Any bid not submitted through the official OBP e-tender portal will be considered invalid.

Evaluation based on 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations. Specific goals: B-BBEE certificate showing at least 51% black ownership (10 points); B-BBEE certificate showing at least 30% women ownership (8 points); proof of disability (doctor's note or Department of Labour confirmation) (2 points). Claims are verified, and failure to submit required proof will lead to disqualification.
