Contractor's plan: Submit first plan for acceptance within 2 weeks of Contract Date. Issue plan at beginning of each working month, including work time schedules, material, plant & equipment, resources, and total work cost.

Management meetings: Risk register and compensation events weekly; overall contract progress monthly.

Documentation control: Written signed letters or documents, or email.

Invoicing: Within one week of payment certificate, provide tax invoice with required details.

Contract change management: Permit application process; contractor has no claim if permit refused.

By signing this part of this Form of Offer and Acceptance, the Employer identified below accepts the tenderer’s Offer. In

• Safety File: R15,000.
• Total contract administration costs: R19,830 excl. VAT.

Labour rates (Part 3) for out-of-scope work: Site Manager/Supervisor, Electrical Engineer, OEM Specialist, Electrical Technician, Electrician, Electrical Assistant — rates for normal hours, after hours (weekdays & Sat), and Sunday/public holidays.

Mark-up on third-party procured items (Part 4):

• R0–R5,000, R5,001–R30,000, R30,001–R100,000, R100,001–R1,000,000, over R1,000,000 — percentages to be completed by bidder.
