• Required Device Features:

• Must support 1D and 2D barcode scanning.
• Must have a touchscreen for manual data entry.
• Must have wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth).
• Must include a charging cradle.
• Must include a protective case.
• Must be compatible with Windows or Android for data transfer.
• Must allow batch scanning and export to Excel.

• Mandatory Submission Requirements:

• Fully complete the Bill of Quantities/Specification.
• Attach datasheets, reference letters, proof of certification, or accreditation where applicable.
• Quotes must be on PDF format and on company letterhead.
• No bids from persons in the service of the state.
• No bids from suppliers blacklisted by National Treasury or any national authority for non-performance.
