3. 500L Diesel Bowser trailer (quantity: 1) – steel tank on galvanized tubular steel chassis, lockable compartment, 76x38mm U-channel chassis, single 40mm square axle, 13-inch wheels with white mag rims (including spare), LED lighting, over-run braking system, rotary fuel gauge, 6m hose reel, electric fuel pump, anti-theft hitch lock, 4.5kg DCP fire extinguisher, mandatory safety signage (No Smoking, No Open Flames, Flammable Liquid, Switch Off Engine), branded with Mnquma Local Municipality A3 logo and fraud hotline poster, 24-month warranty on chassis and tank.
4. 2-row Maize planter (quantity: 1) – 3-point towing, 29mm wide shoe type soil opener and closing wheel, 400mm x 110mm closing wheel, 20-liter seed hopper, 55-liter fertilizer hopper.

• The diesel bowser trailer must include safety features: over-run braking system, anti-theft hitch lock, 4.5kg DCP fire extinguisher, and mandatory hazard signage (No Smoking, No Open Flames, Flammable Liquid, Switch Off Engine).
• The trailer must comply with applicable road traffic regulations.
• No separate OHS plan or HSE compliance document is requested in the tender.

• Contract form MBD 7.1 must be signed in duplicate by both the successful bidder and the purchaser.
• The contract is governed by the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and any Special Conditions of Contract.
• The contract includes: invitation to bid, tax clearance certificate, pricing schedule, technical specifications, preference claims, declaration of interest, declaration of past SCM practices, certificate of independent bid determination, and special conditions.
• The bidder accepts full responsibility for proper execution of the contract.
• The municipality may terminate the contract for default, insolvency, or if the bidder is found to have provided false information.

• Bidders must submit a full CSD report (not older than one month), original tender document, and all completed MBD forms.
• Partnerships/consortia/joint ventures must submit a signed agreement and ensure all parties are registered on CSD.
• The municipality may reject any bid if the bidder or its directors have abused the SCM system, been convicted of fraud, failed to perform on previous contracts, or are listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters.
