Scope: Supply and deliver arts, craft and retail items for the eThekwini District Municipality area.

Quotations must be submitted per quotation number (each lot has its own RFQ reference).

Items are grouped into lots, each assigned to a named beneficiary. Commodity category for all lots: Textiles, Bedding & Apparel.

Each lot lists specific items with sizes/specifications and quantities. Examples of items include towels, comforters, blankets, socks, hats, bags, belts, traditional garments, beaded items, and household cleaning products.

Bidders must complete the unit price and total price for each line item in the lot(s) they bid on.

The pricing schedule is divided into multiple lots (LOT 9 through LOT 40, with some gaps). Each lot is assigned to a named beneficiary and lists specific items with sizes/specifications and quantities. Bidders must complete the unit price and total price for each line item in ZAR, excluding VAT. Each lot concludes with a total bid price (excluding VAT), a 15% VAT amount, and a grand total bid price (including VAT).

Pricing format: Fixed price quotations on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and all costs relating to disbursements.

Prices must be quoted in ZAR (Rands).

Prices must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date.

The offer must be valid for 90 days from the closing date.

Each lot's pricing schedule requires:

• Total bid price (excluding VAT)
• 15% VAT amount
• Grand total bid price (including 15% VAT)

Mandatory requirements:

• Signed and completed SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1.
• Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Confirmation of Tax Compliance Status; if non-compliant, a SARS PIN must be supplied.

Failure to provide any mandatory information results in the submission being deemed non-responsive.

All prices must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. All values must be in ZAR (Rands). The offer must be valid for 90 days from the closing date.
